Located in a prime spot within walking distance to the beach, this hotel offers a convenient beach location. Down to the beach, the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. One advantage is the free bikes that guests can use for exploring the Pineta area. the hotel pool is well maintained and a great place to relax.

The staff at the cafe in the back of the hotel can be difficult to find and not very welcoming when you do.

the room and bathroom are very large very good place for families with children because it is near the main attractions for childrens-like gardaland etc.but it is not near to the beach

It is very convinient that bikes are free for first 2 hours of use and just 3 euro per day (two times cheaper than in town). Huge parking is one more useful facility.

The ordinary double room is so small that it's impossible to move for 2 people at once, so is the pool. The breakfast if awfully poor: some day there were no fresh fruits at the end of august, always just one type of pastry, bread, cheese and meat. Though the places at the shore are included (2 deck chairs and umbrella), towels aren't available.All in all, in my opinion, this hotel isn't worth it's royal name an 4+ status.

The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious pastries and fresh fruit. The pool was very refreshing and clean, and the sun loungers were comfortable. The hotel was located in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the noise of the city.

The rooms were outdated and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was small, and the shower leaked water all over the floor.

Hotel Rex is beautiful hotel, with excellent location in residential part of Lignano surrounded with lovely gardens and parks. Hotel has perfect staff, which will help you with all your needs. It is perfectly decorated with all facilities for enjoying in your holiday. In this hotel you can rest and have a peace and gives you a feeling of intimacy. It has great comfort rooms with balconies, its own beach and very nice swimmingpool surrounded with lovely garden.

I had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel! The location was centrally placed to almost everything, making it convenient for me to explore the surroundings. The staff here were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a big comfortable bed and a lovely balcony to enjoy the views. I also loved the fact that this place had its own beach, where I could relax and soak up the sun. The hotel provided free umbrellas and deckchairs, which was a great added bonus. The breakfast here was perfect, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start my day on a high note. The swimming pool and bar area were also great amenities, providing a refreshing space to unwind and enjoy a drink.

I highly recommend this venue to all.

Great breakfast selection and clean rooms. The location near the beach and central area was convenient and saved us time and money on transportation. The rooftop pool was a nice touch, and the staff friendly and accommodating.

The mattresses were uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. We also had a problem with the bathroom shower, as the water pressure was low and the temperature inconsistent. Additionally, our room was next to a loud street, making it difficult to relax. the hotel was decent, but the accommodation needs improvement.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, with the beach quite close and a supermarket just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were exceptional, including a lovely pool and a delicious breakfast.
